Effective August 28, 2026, the Fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in a global portfolio of equity and/or income-producing investments.\n\n“Stocks” as used in the Fund’s name refers to equity securities representing an ownership interest in an issuer, including common and preferred stock, as well as depositary receipts and rights and warrants relating to such equity securities.\n\nIncome-producing investments may include income-producing Fixed Income Instrument investments, dividend-paying equity securities, derivatives on either of the foregoing, derivatives providing exposure to other types of income-producing instruments, and any other instrument or arrangement that is structured to produce income, including any derivatives position that produces income or the sale of which produces a premium payment.\n\nFixed Income Instrument investments include:\n\n \n\n \n●\n \n\nsecurities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Government, its agencies or government-sponsored enterprises (“U.S. Government Securities”);\n\n \n●\n \n\ncorporate debt securities of U.S. and non-U.S. issuers, including convertible securities and corporate commercial paper;\n\n \n●\n \n\nmortgage-backed and other asset-backed securities;\n\n \n●\n \n\ninflation-indexed bonds issued both by governments and corporations;\n\n \n●\n \n\nstructured notes, including hybrid or “indexed” securities and event-linked bonds;\n\n \n●\n \n\nbank capital and trust preferred securities;\n\n \n●\n \n\nloans, including participations in and assignments thereof;\n\n \n●\n \n\ndelayed draw and delayed funding loans and revolving credit facilities;\n\n \n●\n \n\nbank certificates of deposit, fixed time deposits and bankers’ acceptances;\n\n \n●\n \n\nrepurchase agreements on Fixed Income Instruments and reverse repurchase agreements on Fixed Income Instruments;\n\n \n●\n \n\ndebt securities issued by states or local governments and their agencies, authorities and other government-sponsored enterprises;\n\n \n●\n \n\nobligations of non-U.S. governments or their subdivisions, agencies and government-sponsored enterprises; and\n\n \n●\n \n\nobligations of international agencies or supranational entities.\n\nSecurities issued by U.S. Government agencies or government-sponsored enterprises may not be guaranteed by the U.S. Treasury.\n\nThe Fund, to the extent permitted by the 1940 Act, the rules thereunder or any exemptive relief therefrom, may invest in derivatives based on Fixed Income Instruments.\n\nSIGNATURE\n\nPursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Registrant has duly caused this report to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereunto duly authorized.\n\n \n\nPIMCO Global StocksPLUS® & Income Fund\n\nBy:\n \n\n /s/ Ryan G.
