(the “Company”), and member of the Board’s Audit Committee and\nStrategy & Financing Committee, notified the Company of her decision to resign from the Board effective as of June 11, 2026. Ms. Mahtani\nhas served on the Board since April 2022. Ms. Mahtani is stepping down to focus on the responsibilities associated with her recently announced\nexecutive position at Wells Fargo and her decision to resign from the Board is not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any\nmatter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
