Regulation FD Disclosure.**\n\n \n\nOn June 30, 2026, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”) officially terminated the Formal Agreement between the OCC and Patriot Bank, NA (“Patriot Bank”) dated January 14, 2025.  Patriot Bank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”).  The description of the material terms of the Formal Agreement is incorporated herein by reference to Item 1.01 of Patriot National Bancorp, Inc.’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 21, 2025. \n\n \n\nOn July 1, 2026, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) and an investor letter (the “Investor Letter”).
