There is no expiration date to our common share repurchase program and there are 10,551,219 common shares that may yet be repurchased under our repurchase program as of March 31, 2026. Under the repurchase program, management may repurchase our common shares on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. During the three months ended March 31, 2026, we did not repurchase any of our common shares. From the inception of the repurchase program through April 27, 2026, we have repurchased a total of 24,448,781 common shares at an aggregate cost of approximately $879.1 million. We have no current plans to repurchase shares; however, future levels of common share repurchases will be dependent upon our available capital, investment alternatives, and the trading price of our common shares."}
