On May 27, 2025, the Company filed a complaint\nin the central district of California against its former contract research organization, Axiom Real-Time Metrics Inc., seeking renumeration\nfor sums the Company had pre-paid for clinical study work that Axiom failed to undertake in 2024 prior to terminating its working relationship\nwith the Company. The outcome of the company’s legal pursuit of at least $643,253 from Axiom represents an uncertainty that could\npotentially have a material positive impact on the company’s cash reserves. Axiom Real-Time Metrics filed for receivership in Ontario\non July 11, 2025. The Company is not forecasting recovering any funds from Axiom or its successor company."}
