(the “Company”), on April 16, 2026, the Company and certain of its affiliates, including QVC, Inc. (collectively,\nthe “Company Parties”), filed voluntary petitions for relief (the “Chapter 11 Cases”) under Chapter 11 of Title\n11 of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas\n(the “Bankruptcy Court”). The Chapter 11 Cases are jointly administered for administrative purposes only under the caption *In\nre QVC Group, Inc. et al*.\n\n \n\nThe Bankruptcy Code requires\nthe Company Parties to file monthly operating reports relating to their financial condition and operations during the pendency of their\nChapter 11 Cases. Accordingly, on June 15, 2026, each of the Company Parties filed with the Bankruptcy Court a monthly operating report,\nwhich included financial information as of April 30, 2026 and for the period beginning on April 16, 2026 and ending on April 30, 2026\n(each, a “Monthly Operating Report” and, together, the “Monthly Operating Reports”).
