THE OFFER AND LISTING**\n\n \n\n**A.\nOffer and Listing Details**\n\n \n\nThe\nADSs had been listed for trading on the NYSE under the symbol “RAAS” since February 8, 2021. Effective on March 15, 2023,\nwe changed the ratio of the ADSs to Class A ordinary shares from the then ADS ratio of one ADS representing two Class A ordinary shares\nto a new ADS ratio of one ADS representing six Class A ordinary shares.\n\n \n\nOn\nMay 17, 2023, the NYSE suspended the trading in the ADSs and commenced delisting proceedings.
