(the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his position as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of the Company in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Wilder’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Michael J. McRoberts, the Company’s former COO and current Senior Advisor and a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, will assist with certain of the duties and responsibilities associated with the COO role and will also provide support during the transition once a new COO has been appointed by the Board."}
