(the “Company”) entered into Amendment No. 7 (the “Amendment”) to its Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) with Citizens Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and the lenders party thereto.\n\nThe Amendment, among other things, increases the aggregate committed amount of the revolving credit facility from $50 million to $100 million and extends the maturity date of the facility to June 9, 2031. As of the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company has not drawn any of the additional amounts available under the Credit Agreement in connection with the Amendment.\n\nExcept as described above, the Amendment does not materially modify the other terms of the Credit Agreement.
