Amendments to Articles of Incorporation\nor Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.**\n\n** **\n\nOn August 5, 2026, Splash\nBeverage Group, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment (the “Amendment”)\nto its Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State to change the Company’s name. On August 6, 2026, in order to\ncorrect a scrivener’s error in the filing of the Amendment, the Company filed a Certificate of Correction with the Nevada Secretary\nof State to correct the change in the Company’s name pursuant to the Amendment to the correct name of “Endovia Health Sciences,\nInc.”\n\n \n\nThe Amendment\nas corrected became effective in the State of Nevada upon filing.
