However, litigation is subject to inherent uncertainties for which the outcome cannot be predicted. Any adverse result in these or other legal matters could arise and cause harm to our business. We currently are not a party to any claim or litigation, the outcome of which, if determined adversely to us, would individually or in the aggregate be reasonably expected to have a material adverse effect on our business."}
