(the “Company”) approved a proposal to amend the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation (the “Articles”) to change the name of the Company to Shoe Station Group, Inc., as disclosed in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2026. As filed with the Indiana Secretary of State on June 10, 2026, the amended Articles will be effective on June 12, 2026.
