(the “Company”) held its 2026 Annual\nMeeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, shareholders were asked to vote on (1) the election\nof seven directors; (2) an advisory vote on the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers; and (3) the ratification\nof the appointment of Forvis Mazars, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December\n31, 2026.
