In May 2017, we entered into a new 10-year lease with a related party to let 3,200 square feet in New York, NY to serve as our corporate headquarters. For more information about the lease, see Note 13. Related Party Transactions, to the consolidated financial statements.\n\n \n\nIn Corvallis, we lease approximately 10,276 square feet. Until its expiration on December 31, 2017, this facility was leased under an amended lease agreement signed in January 2007, and most recently changed through an addendum in April 2015. On November 3, 2017, we entered into a new lease for the same space which was scheduled to expire in December 2019. In the second quarter of 2019, we exercised the first renewal option which was scheduled to expire in December 2021. In the second quarter of 2021, we exercised the second renewal option, which extended the lease expiration date to December 31, 2024. In the second quarter of 2024, we entered into an additional addendum, which extended the lease expiration date to December 31, 2026."}
