(the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders voted on the (i) election of three director nominees (Proposal 1) and (ii) ratification of the selection of Forvis Mazars, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 (Proposal 2).
