(the “Company”) provided the following metrics for the Company’s same-store facilities (stabilized and comparable properties that have been included in the consolidated results of operations since January 1, 2025, excluding four other properties):\n\n \n\n•\nPhysical occupancy as of May 31, 2026 and May 31, 2025 was 92.4% and 93.1%, respectively;\n\n•\nMonthly web rates as of May 31, 2026 and May 31, 2025 was $1.21 and $1.24, respectively;\n\n•\nMonthly move-in rates as of May 31, 2026 and May 31, 2025 was $1.06 and $1.12, respectively; and\n\n•\nMonthly in-place rates as of May 31, 2026 and May 31, 2025 was $1.66 and $1.63, respectively.\n\nPursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the information in this Item 7.01 disclosure is deemed to have been furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
