Periodically, there have been various claims and lawsuits involving the Company or the Bank, mainly as defendants, such as claims to enforce liens, condemnation proceedings on properties in which the Company or the Bank holds security interests, claims involving the making and servicing of real property loans and other activities incident to the Company’s or the Bank’s business. Aside from such pending claims and lawsuits, which are incident to the conduct of the Company’s or the Bank’s ordinary business, the Company and the Bank are not parties to any material pending legal proceedings that are expected to have a material effect on the financial condition or operations of the Company.\n\n​"}
