Adams, Esq. was elected as a director of the Board of the Company, effective immediately. With this election, Sleep Number’s Board of Directors is comprised of 7 members, 6 of whom constitute independent directors under applicable Nasdaq standards. There is no arrangement or understanding between Mr. Adams and any other person pursuant to which he was selected as a director.
