Nasdaq’s determination was based on the filing of the Chapter 11 Cases and associated public interest concerns raised thereby, concerns regarding the residual equity interest of common stockholders and concerns about the Company’s ability to sustain compliance with all requirements for continued listing on Nasdaq. Trading on Nasdaq of the Company's common stock will be suspended at the beginning of business on June 23, 2026. Nasdaq will file a Form 25-NSE with the Securities and Exchange Commission to remove the Company's common stock from Nasdaq. The Company does not intend to appeal Nasdaq's determination.\n\nThe Company does not expect the delisting to affect business operations or the Chapter 11 Cases.
