As a result, trading of Sun Country Common Stock on Nasdaq was suspended prior to the opening of trading on the Closing Date. On the Closing Date, Sun Country also requested that Nasdaq file\nwith the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) a notification of removal from listing and registration on Form 25 to effect the delisting of Sun Country Common Stock from\nNasdaq and the deregistration of Sun Country Common Stock pursuant to Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). The delisting of Sun Country\nCommon Stock from Nasdaq will be effective 10 days after the filing of the Form 25. In addition, following the effectiveness of the Form 25, Sun Country intends to file a certification and notice of termination of registration on Form 15 with the\nSEC requesting the termination of registration of Sun Country Common Stock under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act and the suspension of reporting obligations under Section 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act with respect to Sun Country Common Stock."}
