(the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted to approve the Company’s 2026 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2026 Plan”). The 2026 Plan supersedes and replaces the Company’s 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended. Subject to adjustment as described in the 2026 Plan, an aggregate of 6,286,841 shares of common stock may be issued pursuant to awards granted under the 2026 Plan.
