Roquemore, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, passed away on July 9, 2026, after a long illness. Jim was a beloved Board member, having served on the board from 1994 to 2020 and then from 2022 to the present. He was a long-time resident of and business owner in Orangeburg, South Carolina and was the voice of the local markets in that area.
