We may become involved in such proceedings in the ordinary course of business.\n\nDividend Policy\n\nAny declaration and payment of future dividends to holders of our Common Shares will be at the discretion of our board of directors and will depend on many factors, including our financial condition, earnings, capital requirements, level of indebtedness, statutory and contractual restrictions applying to the payment of dividends, the provisions of British Columbia law affecting the payment of dividends and distributions to shareholders, and other considerations that our board of directors deems relevant.
