The products produced by this facility accounted for approximately 80% of our sales for the\nyear ended December 27, 2025.\n\n \n\nWe\nhave been successful in reaching a co-packing manufacturing agreement with the new owner of the facility and manufacturing business.\nOur relations with him will commence on September 15th and will be under the same terms and pricing as we had with the previous\nowner.
