These include services related to consultation with respect to special procedures required to meet certain regulatory requirements.\n\n*Tax fees.*   There were no fees paid to our independent registered public accounting firm for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning services for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2026 and 2025.\n\n*All other fees.*   There were no other fees paid to our independent registered public accounting firm for services not captured in any of the above three categories for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2026 and 2025.\n\n*Policy on Audit Committee Pre-Approval of Audit and Permissible Non-Audit Services*\n\nThe Audit Committee’s policy is to pre-approve all audit and permissible non-audit services provided by the independent registered public accounting firm. These services may include audit services, audit-related services, tax services and other services. The independent registered public accounting firm and our management are required to periodically report to the Audit Committee regarding the extent of services provided by the independent registered public accounting firm in accordance with this pre-approval, and the fees for the services performed to date. The Audit Committee may also pre-approve particular services on a case-by-case basis.
