Any controls and procedures, no matter how well designed and operated, can provide only reasonable assurance of achieving the desired control objective and management necessarily applies its judgment in evaluating the cost-benefit relationship of possible controls and procedures. Based on that evaluation, our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer have concluded that our disclosure controls and procedures were effective at a reasonable assurance level as of March 31, 2026.\n\nChanges in Internal Control over Financial Reporting\n\nThere was no change in our internal control over financial reporting (as such term is defined in Rules 13a-15(f) under the Exchange Act) during the three months ended March 31, 2026 that has materially affected, or is reasonably likely to materially affect, our internal control over financial reporting.\n\n21\n\n[Table of Contents](#id818e5dd412c4c208ac607748dd7528f_7)\n\n10x Genomics, Inc.\n\nPART II—OTHER INFORMATION"}
