The amount and timing of any purchases will be at our discretion and will depend upon a number of factors, including the share price, general economic and market conditions, and corporate and regulatory requirements. Our share repurchase program may be modified or discontinued at any time. The Board of Directors reauthorized the share repurchase program in August 2024 and extended the program through August 2026.\n\nThe Company did not repurchase any shares of our common stock during the year ended December 31, 2025.
