Approximately 30,000 square feet of the facility is manufacturing space, 15,000 square feet is warehouse space, and 5,000 square feet is office and laboratory space. We believe that the property is adequate for our immediately foreseeable needs. The property is presently unencumbered and we believe the property is adequately insured."}
