(the “Company”) and its bank subsidiary, United Roosevelt Savings Bank\n(the “Bank”), by notifying the Company that he is ineligible to serve as a Director of the Company and the Bank under the\npolicies of LPL Financial, Fort Mill, South Carolina, because of the Company’s status as a public company.
