We also maintain\na month-to-month apartment lease in China.\n\n \n\nOur Hong Kong subsidiary, Virtuix Manufacturing\nLimited, leases office space at Unit 19, 12/F, Fortune Commercial Building, 362 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong,\nunder leases expiring in June and July 2027.\n\n \n\nThe registered office of Virtuix Manufacturing\nTaiwan Ltd., our Taiwan subsidiary, is located at 6F, No. 81, Sec. 3, Cheng-Gong Road, Neihu District, Taipei, Taiwan 114.\n\n \n\nWe do not own any real property. We believe that\nour existing facilities are adequate to meet our current needs and that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as\nneeded to accommodate any future expansion of our operations."}
