PROPERTIES**\n\n \n\nWe\ndo not currently own any real property.\n\n \n\nOur\nprincipal executive offices are located at 3250 Oakland Hills Court, Fairfield, California 94534. We lease these office premises and\nbelieve they are suitable and adequate for our current administrative needs.\n\n \n\nIn\naddition, we lease an approximately four-acre industrial site in Midland, Texas, which includes an approximately 5,000 square foot workshop\nand office building. The Midland site is being developed to support the installation and operation of our initial 15 ton-per-day waste\nconversion system and related distillation equipment. The site is designed to accommodate future expansion to 60 tons per day through\nthe addition of new processing lines, with further scalability beyond that level.\n\n \n\nAs\nof the date of this Annual Report, the Midland facility is not yet fully operational and remains subject to equipment installation, final\npermitting, and commissioning activities."}
