As of May 31, 2026, the approximate number of holders of our Class A and Class B Common Stock were 635 and 40, respectively, based on the holders of record.\n\nIn fiscal year 2020, our Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program of up to $200 million of Class A or B Common Stock, which was fully utilized as of April 30, 2026.
