Winvest Group Limited (Cayman) is an equity holdings company in the wellness industry and shares the same board of directors as the Company. As of December 31, 2025, the amount due to the Winvest Group Limited (Cayman) and the founder of IQI, the CEO of the company was $565,818, $56,910, and $58,281, respectively which are being treated as an interest free demand loans."}
