This lease expires on January 31, 2030 and includes two five-year renewal options. We also lease approximately 8,000 square feet of space in Greenville, South Carolina which expires on January 31, 2032.\n\nAs of March 31, 2026, we had 1,009 branches, most of which are leased and are classified as operating leases. Our branch leases generally provide for an initial three-to-five-year term with renewal options. Our branches are typically located in shopping centers, malls and the first floors of downtown buildings. Branches have an average size of approximately 1,600 square feet. We own all of the furniture, fixtures and computer terminals located in each of our branches."}
