Nasdaq\nprovided us with a 180-calendar day compliance period, or until July 28, 2026, to regain compliance with the listing rule. We\nare currently evaluating options to regain compliance and intend to timely regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement.\nUnder Nasdaq rules, we are currently eligible to conduct a reverse stock split of our common stock to regain compliance if necessary."}
