(the “Company”) received a 180 day termination notice from Smoker Friendly\nInternational, LLC (“SF”) in connection with the Master Services Agreement dated January 1, 2025 including all addendums,\nas amended (the “Agreement”). Upon the expiration of the 180 day termination period, the Company will no longer manufacture\ncigarette and cigar products for SF.
