Abstract

This document amends the Customs Regulations by making certain technical corrections to various authority citations to reflect amendments to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States made by the President's Proclamation of October 2, 2000, to implement the United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act.
