The Treasury Department is amending appendix A to 31 CFR chapter V by adding the names of fifteen individuals and five entities, and supplementing information concerning one individual, who have been designated as specially designated narcotics traffickers. The entries for two individuals previously listed as specially designated narcotics traffickers are being removed from appendix A, and the name of one organization which has been designated as a foreign terrorist organization is being added to appendix A.
