Abstract

This document makes technical corrections to the Customs Regulations to reflect the terms of the 2002 Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States within the country of origin rules for certain textile and apparel products. The document also corrects an error in the rules regarding the scope of the definition of the term "textile or apparel product."
