In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Treasury gives notice of a final rule to exempt an Internal Revenue Service system of records entitled "Employee Complaint and Allegation Referral Records-- Treasury/IRS 00.007" from certain provisions of the Privacy Act.
