Abstract

The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury is adding new part 594 to chapter V of 31 CFR to carry out the purposes of Executive Order 13224 of September 23, 2001, "Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism."
