Abstract
This final rule makes several amendments to an interim final rule that amended Treasury's regulations that govern access to information and records in connection with litigation, including litigation in which neither the United States nor the Department of the Treasury is a party. The amendments made by this rule are in response to comments received on the interim final rule.
