This document adopts as a final rule, with some changes, interim amendments to title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations ("CFR") which were published in the Federal Register on June 13, 2008, as CBP Dec. 08-22 to implement the preferential tariff treatment and other customs-related provisions of the Dominican Republic--Central America--United States Free Trade Agreement.
