Abstract
The Department of the Treasury is amending its regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act (PA) to add the Office of Thrift Supervision as a component of the Department and to include instructions on gaining access to information maintained by the Office of Thrift Supervision.
