Abstract
The Treasury Department is amending the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (the ``Regulations'') to bring the Regulations into conformity with amendments to the Trading with the Enemy Act concerning information and informational materials included in the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995.
