## Abstract

On Thursday, June 1, 1995, the Department of the Treasury published the Employee Rules of Conduct as an interim rule. The rule became effective upon publication and comments were invited from the public until July 3, 1995. The Department did not receive any comments on the interim rule. Accordingly, the Department adopts the interim rule as a final rule without amendment.
