Abstract
The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS or Office) is today issuing a final rule eliminating duplicative, unduly burdensome, and unnecessary regulations. These amendments result from a review of OTS regulations pursuant to section 303(a) of the Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act of 1994 (CDRIA) and the Regulatory Reinvention Initiative of the Vice President's National Performance Review.
