## Abstract

This document contains final regulations concerning the information reporting requirements of Federal and State court clerks upon receipt of more than $10,000 in cash as bail for any individual charged with a specified criminal offense. The final regulations reflect changes to the law made by the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, and affect court clerks who receive more than $10,000 in cash as bail.
