## Abstract

The Treasury Department is amending the Foreign Assets Control Regulations (the ``Regulations'') consistent with commitments undertaken in the October 21, l994 U.S.-Democratic People's Republic of Korea (``North Korea'') Framework Agreement. In addition, the Regulations are also being amended to bring them into conformity with recent amendments to the Trading with the Enemy Act.
