The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is amending its regulatory provisions implementing the Uniform Rules of Practice and Procedure (Uniform Rules) and the OCC's agency-specific rules of administrative practice and procedure (Local Rules). The final rule is intended to clarify certain provisions and to increase the efficiency and fairness of administrative hearings. The final rule is another component of the OCC's Regulation Review Program.
